The storylines for everyone are connected, so focusing only on one or two of the 24 characters will lock you out until you go to the earliest day event available and proceed in order.
It's not a kinetic AVN, but there are certain events that need to happen first with various different love interests before "the one " you want is available.

Depends on the path you choose. It can either be Harem (Good Path), Dark Path (No harem, no sharing), or NTR which includes about 6-7 characters. At the end of the game, quite a few more.
I don't like Sophia's NTR route, I mean, we tried helping her, but she got raped so long and so much (and got drugged) that she started to like sex and cum and the drug
I don't want to sound like a nerd, but just the fucking alone (with a dick larger then MC dick, which means the dick is very probably too big for her) would not only hurt her but too damages the cervix, which could destroy her probability of getting pregnant or something, and then the countless "creampies" which would be definitely too much for her would damage her womb and everything, because it would stretch it from the inside and everything and they didn't even care if she gets pregnant or not, and from what I saw, her only brake would be (if she got any breaks) the time she sleeps and the amount of drugs like "PP" damages her body too, which could kill her

As far as I've understood, this game was meant to border on the more extreme "tastes" and all of what you've mentioned are themes that aren't at all that uncommon in hentai and other pornographic fiction. They are themes that I for one can be interested in (other than ntr actually) when knowing it's fiction. When I think about it happening irl however I get truly naucious.

Hi im sorry, im stuck on the 1 chapter and stuck on Ramoray and Stella, and cat tell stella about that i corrupt pool, i completed everything i dont know what to do, visited all locations at all times of day, i also cant find Mia anywhere and cant progress her rootand principals root too

I, personally having lived in the US my entire life, wouldn't have the first clue how to enter the accents or special characters required in many languages... the letters with ~, `, ', etc above them... Not at all accessible on US made keyboards.

What effect does accepting Ramoray's liver deal have on the story compared to declining it?
Not much aside from a different scene. There was supposed to be a path split there deciding Hilda's fate but that got moved to later on in the story.

Great game but 180 different fucking endings, that's just fucking crazy
3 paths: Good / Dark / Dark NTR... Each path has 60+ characters. Each character has a different fate based on the path/choices you make.
It's technically 3 endings with a montage epilogue showing the characters weeks, months, or years later.
