I've been here from like early 2020-2021 when they game was not as fully developed as it is now and it was quarantine time. A friend introduced this game to me and I won't say I got hooked on finishing almost all updates but it was good. Other than the lewd aspects of the game, I really liked the story line. I used to play until like 2022 when my phone broke and I had to use the older one, since then I was not able to play and continue the story. I tried desktop but it's 12 years old and wasn't running anything properly. ;-;
Fast forward to 1 week ago I finally got gifted a new phone, and finished it today from the beginning. I don't know why but the storyline is very good. It's a certain kind of peace. I just wanted to say thank you to all the developers of this game and whoever else is working on it. The characters are great, has various personalities and it'll finally be great to see the aftermath of what happens in the end. I cannot wait for the Android release to come out soon, understandable why it'll take some time considering the update size. Please take your time and do your best!

i am stuck on day 90 and i have to talk to stella after day 65 i think i softlocked myself from progressing in the story because i tried to make a lot of money back on day 54 and i went to about day 73 and i did all the quests for the characters and i tried talking to all the people you needed to but it didn't work. help

Same here, but I additionally glitched Natalie too, school has now been closed and I cant get to here, and when I tried again from some save that I have earlier, she isnt even there.
Those bugs have all been fixed over the past week. Re-download the game(0.99.1) again and those issues are solved. If not, feel free to send me your save file.
The library on the Good Path can be found by talking to Stella, a menu option will open to visit the library. On the Dark Path it is accessible through Rose.
For the most part, any save made AFTER Chapter 3 began should work. (around Day 120 in Tasks, though you may have a later Day count...)
A couple of events were reorganized and thus may possibly repeat for you.
We did major image upgrades and some script modifications to early game events as well, so if you don't mind replaying for the visuals... that is optimal.
Tomorrow is the first final release (Only for SubscribeStar $10+, $5+ is on the 20th, anyone who's not on SubscribeStar on September 5th, a month from now)

I think my game is bugged out, I've done every task up to the boss arriving except Stella and Ramoray, which are the same task of Talk to Stella after day 65. Except when I do nothing happens. Its the only task left and it just isn't starting
I played an older version a while ago and got through a good portion of the game. Is there any way to import the save files from my previous version or do I have to play over everything again?
"A while ago" is non-specific. Essentially, if you have a save from before day 100, it most likely will load with errors.
On PC, you can find the legacy save files in this location:
C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\Lewd Town Adventures
When you install the new version, those files should appear in the Load screen. If you see an error, the best option is to start over. There are other ways around that, which take more time and effort. But your first step is to download 0.14.5 and try to load the save.
We have made many improvements to quite a few early-game events (dialogue, animations, music) that could make restarting worth the time. Events like Day 12, the first choice in the mansion, and the MC bedroom in the Prologue are completely overhauled.
That being said, the final version is coming out Aug 1, so waiting until then might be worth it.

1.0 means Complete. The Beta is planned to be the full story with conclusions to every possible character who MC has interacted with in some way.
We have worked hard for many months to write, render, animate, and code everything.
That is wrapping up in the coming week or so, followed by Alpha testing by our team of players who will locate typos, bugs, glitches, inconsistencies, etc.
Once the final release is... final... that's it. We will not likely return to work on the game, as it's been a 4+ year journey with these characters.
The gameplay is totally up to the player. Completionists will take at least 20-30 hours to get through everything. More if you read slowly and look out for the subtle visual easter eggs in quite a few scenes.

Tanya - The event triggers automatically in the Mansion Lobby once you have completed as many events which occur in earlier days - prior to that task - as you can.
Key item - go to the Store in the city. Buy something to defend yourself with.
Any time you get stuck, don't try to focus on where you are stuck. All characters in the Task Journal are interconnected. Their stories overlap and intertwine on occasion.
Thus, if you ever get stuck, look through the tasks for the lowest DAY number and do that, then repeat until every character's tasks are caught up.
The "locked" event may be related to someone else and seeing it BEFORE that other person's event may break continuity/spoil something/confuse you.

The Good Path ensures more of a vanilla experience. This game is one of the largest VN's out there and you get quite a bit of freedom on where you want things to go.
Can you save all of them? Yes, Can you undo your actions, for most part, yes. Will the characters have a happy ending? Yes.
The opposite can happen as well depending on your choices.

I notice that version 1.0 is almost 5 times the size of 0.14, should I be excited or afraid? (Or both)
Not really, the original size of the game is easily over 40GB.
Everything compressed is about 2.8GB.
So expect a couple of hours of new content. A bunch of improvements to the early game and a hopefully a satisfying ending.
